Cafe Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Server to join our team at Full House Resorts. As a Cafe Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with menu offerings and promotions.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably in a gaming or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a team environment, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
