Job Overview

Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales by promoting and demonstrating our makeup and skincare products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and provide personalized beauty consultations to understand their specific needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers in finding the right products for their individual needs and provide expert advice on product usage and benefits.
  • Demonstrate and educate customers on the application and benefits of Charlotte Tilbury products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the success of the team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized counter and work area, adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in the beauty industry, ensuring you are always equipped to provide expert advice and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the beauty industry, preferably as a beauty advisor or makeup artist, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A genuine passion for makeup, skincare, and the beauty industry, with a desire to stay ahead of the curve and continuously develop your knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of the business.
  • A positive and energetic attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
