Key Responsibilities- Performance: Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
- Guest Service: Provide a guest-friendly environment, greet and engage every guest, personalize service to their needs, and recommend complementary products and services.
- Sales and Merchandising: Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
- Operations: Maintain prompt, regular attendance, and adhere to Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards.
- Education: High school diploma is preferred, and a cosmetology, esthetician, or demonstrators license is required where applicable.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling, ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and strong communication skills.
- Frequent mobility throughout the store during shift.
- Frequent standing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, and twisting during shift.
- Continuous lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs. during shift.
