Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Photography team as a Fashion Photography Support Specialist. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our Studio and Photography & Video team, where you will assist in managing the photography sample collection and related administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to oversee the photography sample collection, ensuring all items are organized, labeled, and prepared for upcoming photoshoots.
  • Maintain communication with various departments to track borrowed samples and coordinate the return of items.
  • Assist in unpacking and cataloging new season samples, ensuring they are stored correctly.
  • Prepare products for photoshoots, focusing on outfit coordination and ensuring all necessary samples are available.
  • Utilize our product management system to log new samples and verify that only the correct items are photographed.
  • Support the Stylist during location shoots by helping to dress models and keeping the sample collection organized.
  • Drive the location vehicle as needed during shoots.
  • Ensure the studio environment is maintained in a clean and organized manner before and after photoshoots.
  • Assist in packing samples for return to the warehouse at the end of the season, following proper procedures for inventory management.
  • Provide administrative support to the Photography department, including answering calls and managing files.
  • Adhere to the Photoshoot Critical Path, ensuring all daily inquiries and communications are handled promptly.
  • Foster strong relationships with all departments to ensure seamless collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in fashion and styling, along with strong organizational and administrative skills. Key attributes include:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • A valid driving license is required for this role.
