Job Title: Supply Store Customer Service and Delivery

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Supply Store Customer Service and Delivery representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to retail and contractor customers, while also assisting with deliveries and transfers.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading customers' orders, both by hand and by forklift/loader
  • Unloading semi-trailers and checking in purchase orders
  • Restocking inventory and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and yard
  • Pulling and staging hardscape orders, including transferring and stacking blocks on a pallet
  • Assembling grills, fire tables, fire pits, and other products
  • Helping to maintain vehicles, equipment, and the building
  • Providing exceptional customer service and working together with other team members
  • Assisting with inside sales responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift at least 80lbs consistently
  • Proficiency in forklift/loader operation (or willingness to become proficient)
  • Pass a drug screen
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Basic computer skills and landscape experience are a plus
