Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Chimes is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Kennett Square, PA. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in planning, developing, and monitoring behavioral support services for clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral disorders.
Job Summary:The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for:
- Implementing clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures
- Maintaining effective and efficient communication with direct supervisor
- Completing other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor
- Maintaining personal compliance with all training requirements and personnel documentation standards
- Providing clinical, mobile service delivery as defined by the program description, and best practice standards and in full compliance with licensure standards
- Collecting outcome data (i.e., CBCL or ATEC) for all clients at times of service re-authorization
- Providing quality mobile services based on established best practice principles of care
- Maintaining quality documentation of clinical service delivery
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, agency personnel, and the general public
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients, payers, and community support service representatives
- Working within a group to develop internal systems to improve or ensure quality services
- Participating in agency committees to develop and implement program/service enhancement
- Providing the full provision of clinically indicated services and the supporting documentation
- Submitting accurate and timely payroll and billing documentation
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in a clinical discipline (i.e., clinical or counseling psychology, clinical social work, applied behavior analysis)
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- A Pennsylvania State Behavior Specialist License, or LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
