  • Manage multiple loan files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of each file prior to passing to the closing department.
  • Collect and record customer information, set up loan files, and order necessary exhibits.

  • Remain knowledgeable about NVR's loan programs and guidelines, as well as company-approved broker options.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • At least 2 years of experience processing loans, with a strong understanding of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
