Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Per Diem Outpatient Clinician to join our team at Mountainside Treatment Center.

About the Position:

The Per Diem Outpatient Clinician will provide best-in-class group facilitation, creating a personalized recovery experience that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each client. This role requires flexibility, as the clinician will provide coverage for PHP, IOP, and/or OP groups as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions with a focus on integrated care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulatory requirements.
• Conduct monitored urinalysis of clients, maintaining accurate documentation and processing of specimens.
• Demonstrate expertise in group dynamics and processes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address client clinical needs and processes.
• Provide therapeutic treatment utilizing evidence-based counseling and crisis intervention techniques.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Independent license or associate license in Connecticut as LCSW/LMSW, LPC/LPC-A, and/or LMFT/MFT-A, or hold a CAC in the state of Connecticut.
• Previous experience facilitating group therapy.
• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, preferred.

Compensation:

The base rate of pay for this position is $50.00 to $90.00 per hour, with actual pay determined by factors such as skills, education, experience, and performance.
