Responsibilities:

* Facilitate IOP and OP groups with a focus on integrated care
* Collaborate and consult with the outpatient interdisciplinary team members regarding group member clinical processes and needs
* Assist with client drug and alcohol screening process as needed
* Provide crisis management as needed
* Complete all required and assigned trainings in a timely manner
* Maintain clinical chart via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards of same day documentation
* Participate in individual and group clinical supervision as assigned

Qualifications:

* Graduate Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, required
* Holds and maintains independent or provisional licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Connecticut, required
* Previous experience facilitating group therapy, required
* Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, preferred

Compensation:

* The base rate of pay for this position is $70.00 to $90.00 per hour. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions. This is not a fee-for-service position.
