Job Title: Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team as a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
