Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting

  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing setting
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
