About the Role

First Resources Corp. is seeking a dedicated and energetic Adult Day Habilitation Specialist to join our LINC program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and training individuals with disabilities to develop and maintain their personal capabilities, including physical and emotional growth, communication, socialization, community integration, and basic educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train individuals with disabilities to develop and maintain their personal capabilities
  • Engage individuals in community-based activities and promote community involvement
  • Provide support and assistance in learning independent living skills, such as community awareness, socialization, cooking, personal hygiene, goal setting, and communication
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized plans to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Experience preferred, but not required; training and tools provided
