Key Responsibilities
  • Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota by presenting Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide electronic power point presentations to consumers and influencing them to purchase pre-need arrangement services and products.
  • Guide and tour prospective families through cemetery grounds or crematory mausoleums, actively listening to their needs and offering solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with families, providing service beyond expectations and promoting the SCI Brand and service excellence.
  • Follow company processes and procedures to thoroughly and accurately complete contracts, address family questions, and provide final contract walkthroughs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
  • Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law; and current state/province issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Sales experience preferred; industry experience a plus; and previous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems experience a plus.
