- Diagnostic and Repair: Use technical expertise to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including electrical and drivability issues.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of technicians to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service and repair work performed.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Certifications: A.S.E. certification in at least one of A1-A8, or equivalent external qualifications or training certifications.
- Education: Completion of a Vocational-Technical School program in a related field, or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates/assessments.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Competitive Pay: $26.40 per hour.
