HR Policy Subject Matter Expert

This is an exciting chance to make a meaningful impact on a growing DoD organization. As a Human Resources (HR) Generalist on our team, you'll collaborate with clients to help them achieve their objectives. You'll provide expertise and guidance on program planning and policy-making functions covering a wide range of HR projects and activities. You'll interpret federal, DoD, and IC policies, statutes, and regulations applicable to a federal workforce. You'll support policy program evaluation, internal controls testing, and statement of assurance development. You'll perform a variety of tasks in support of functional HR.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in a professional work environment
- Experience providing human capital advisory services on Title 10 authorities, HR administration, or policy
- Experience within DoD or Intelligence Community
- Experience with MS Office products, including Excel, Word, or PowerPoint
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Communications
- Ability to present and explain findings to teammates and leadership team
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines
- Possession of consulting and client relationship skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including analyzing problems, conducting research, and evaluating options for action

CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Our compensation package includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD.
