Job Description:

As a Field Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our operations across multiple markets. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic direction and guidance to our Regional Managers and Area Managers to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to our Regional Managers and Area Managers to enhance their leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with our District Managers to ensure that our stores are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, cost of sales, and sales revenue.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that our stores are clean and well-maintained.
  • Identify and address staffing issues, including scheduling, promotions, and turnover.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to our Regional Managers and Area Managers to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a focus on operations and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive between locations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
