About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dialysis Nurse to join our team at SSM Health. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess daily dialysis patient care needs and develop patient care assignments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes for dialysis patients
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of dialysis treatments and identify issues that affect desired patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement activities, including data collection and regulatory compliance
  • Respond to patient complaints and manage through established channels

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in nursing or education equivalency for licensing
  • Minimum one year of registered nurse experience
