About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate Keyholder to join our Express team. As a Sales Associate Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, executing opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom to ensure a safe and inviting environment for customers.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all associates and customers.
  • Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant retail experience preferred.
  • Proficient in using technology, including iPads and registers.
  • Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
  • Meets physical requirements.
