Wesley Medical Center seeks an experienced RN Inpatient Cath Lab professional to join our dedicated team of healthcare experts. As a Cardiovascular Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate all nursing care for the department-specific patient population according to Wesley Medical Center's standards of nursing care and practice.
  • Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
  • Support the organization's vision and mission.
  • Utilize knowledge of patients' age and cultural diversity in the provision of patient care.
  • Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary range of $ $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Requirements:

  • Current Kansas or multi-state Registered Nurse license.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
