We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical office team at ExecuSource. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care during office visits, providing exceptional support and care.
- Perform diagnostic procedures, such as skin testing and pulmonary function testing, to help diagnose and treat patients.
- Administer immunotherapy injections and maintain accurate records of treatment.
- Treat emergency patients, including the use of CPR if necessary, and provide critical care in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate with patients by telephone, providing instructions and prescription refills as needed.
- Assist in managing and treating reactions that occur secondary to immunotherapy.
- Maintain a clean and aseptic environment, adhering to strict medical office standards.
- Educate patients on their physical condition, treatment plan, and use of equipment and medication delivery devices.
- 2+ years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Previous experience in a medical office or outpatient setting is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Flexibility to travel to multiple office locations as needed.
- Familiarity with clinic health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology.
