About the Position

This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled RBT to provide individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, school, and community settings, collecting data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions
  • Assist clients with daily living skills, communication, socialization, and behavior management
  • Collaborate with families and other members of the treatment team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Current RBT certification through the BACB
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
