Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team for a contracted position near San Jose, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy and support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collect and record data accurately on client progress and behavior, utilizing this information to inform future interventions.
- Participate in collaborative team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to enhance professional development and stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times, upholding the highest standards of integrity and respect for clients and colleagues alike.
Qualifications:
- No licensure required; however, previous experience as a Behavior Specialist is preferred.
