Job Title: Banquet Server

TPC Network is seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at TPC River Highlands. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring that their food and beverage requests are met with a smile.
  • Work closely with the Banquet team to ensure seamless execution of events, from setup to breakdown.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service operational procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
