Key Responsibilities

This position involves maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. You will work closely with our Corporate Desk Side Support technicians to ensure seamless support for our clients.

You will be responsible for documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems, supporting and maintaining user account information, and training employees to use our technology solutions.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical background, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Experience with Windows OS/Microsoft Office Suite in an enterprise environment
  • Strong technical skills, including desktop and network support, setup, configuration, and addition of all hardware
  • Ability to train employees and provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
