Your Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage customers proactively in service areas and on the sales floor to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including folding, hanging, and merchandising garments according to H&M standards to enhance selling opportunities.
• Receive and unpack merchandise from delivery trucks, ensuring items are labeled with security tags promptly.
• Process and replenish stock on the sales floor and in the stockroom efficiently.
• Handle transactions at the register, issue receipts, and package merchandise appropriately following best practices.
• Promote the H&M Loyalty program to customers, sharing its benefits and encouraging participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
• Adhere to H&M's policies and local regulations regarding health, safety, and security to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
