Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Associate Banker. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage clients as they enter the branch, welcoming them and making them feel appreciated, while managing lobby traffic and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
  • Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices and adhering to all bank policies and procedures, while performing account origination for consumer clients.
  • Provide proactive client outreach to gauge success and offer new tools to help clients meet their consumer banking and investment goals.
  • Champion new Associate Banker skills, such as tablet utilization, account opening, and other key initiatives, helping Associate Bankers as they learn.
  • Educate clients on the usage of technology self-service options, such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team environment, while quickly and accurately learning products, services, and procedures.
  • Professional, interpersonal, thorough, detailed-oriented, and organized with follow-up skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology.
  • Cash handling experience.
