We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at HCA HealthONE Swedish. As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from illness or injury and regain their independence.

About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and support throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements

To be successful as a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will need to have:

  • A degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado
  • Experience in rehabilitation nursing or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
