The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of architectural experience, particularly with Revit, and have a robust portfolio that reflects their design capabilities. A professional license is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to capture their design aspirations and requirements.
  • Produce conceptual designs, schematic layouts, and comprehensive construction documents utilizing Revit.
  • Generate 3D models and visualizations to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, interior designers, and other specialists to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct site assessments to oversee construction progress, provide direction, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Evaluate and approve material choices, finishes, and architectural components for projects.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and incorporate them into project designs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in architecture, with a strong emphasis on design.
  • Expertise in Revit is essential; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software is advantageous.
  • A proven history of successfully completed projects, ideally with high-profile clients.
  • Exceptional design abilities and a meticulous eye for detail, capable of creating both aesthetically pleasing and functional environments.
  • Strong grasp of architectural principles, building regulations, and construction methodologies.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, project teams, and consultants.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in the relevant jurisdiction is preferred but not required.
