Job Summary:
In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to test, tune, and troubleshoot complex RF Assemblies as part of a highly dedicated and high-functioning team in a fast-paced environment. You will work independently in support of our National Defense, collaborating with assembly and engineering teams to design improvements and maintain schedules through the testing and screening process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tuning, testing, and troubleshooting of complex Integrated Microwave Assemblies
2. Maintaining schedules through the testing and screening process
3. Collaborating with assembly and engineering teams to design improvements
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
* High School diploma
* 5+ years of experience testing, tuning, and troubleshooting microwave assemblies
* Experience with RF/Microwave is a must-have
* Basic electronics training - five plus years of bench experience
* Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and troubleshooting skills
* Overtime (Saturdays) may be required in this role
Preferred Background:
An Associate's degree or certificate in a related discipline is preferred. This position requires you to have or obtain a government security clearance, which may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
