Job Description

As a Sales Associate at United Pacific, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of the store in a safe, customer-focused, and profitable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cash handling and ensure the security of all inventory and currency to avoid theft and inventory shrinkage.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including lighting and fixtures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
  • Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
  • Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.

Working Conditions:

The Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions. The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, as well as occasional lifting and bending. The Sales Associate must be able to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
