Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality products meet our customer's expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control product quality according to our specifications, tolerances, and requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections using specialized tools and equipment to identify any defects or irregularities.
  • Record inspection data accurately and efficiently using our Statistical Process Control system.
  • Maintain daily logs of production activities and inspect materials regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and other team members regarding quality issues and production concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance) or equivalent experience.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as operating instructions and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
  • Lean training and Yellow Belt certification an asset.
