Marketing Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Clark Associates. This individual will play a key role in planning, improving, and implementing overall marketing processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive tactical implementation of paid and unpaid marketing initiatives for Non-Durables commodity.
• Analyze customer insight data to make recommendations for product development, product positioning, customer experience, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns and maintain the Non-Durables marketing calendar.
• Assist in preparing and setting up digital marketing campaigns and print marketing materials.
• Develop and grow paid marketing strategies and plans through WebstaurantStore and The Restaurant Store.
• Coordinate and provide creative input with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print materials.
• Aid in the proofing of marketing materials for both paid and unpaid promotions.
• Coordinate and execute on current private label brand strategies and assist in ideation and creation of new non-durable private label brands.

• 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role with knowledge of key traditional and digital marketing activities.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Action-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent prioritization and planning skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to find outside-of-the-box solutions to problems.
• Flexible and willing to adjust to a changing workload to ensure Marketing team initiatives are completed in a timely manner.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in Power BI or analytical platforms a plus.
