Marketing Generalist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Non-Durables marketing team at Clark Associates. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning, improving, and implementing overall marketing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include providing essential team support to the Sr. Marketing & Brand Manager, assisting in day-to-day activities, and facilitating the execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to drive the implementation of paid and unpaid marketing initiatives for Non-Durables commodity through various distribution and marketing channels.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing customer insight data through interviews, surveys, or panels to make recommendations for how to better serve current or potential customers.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns while maintaining the Non-Durables marketing calendar.
• Assist in the preparation and setup of digital marketing campaigns and print marketing materials.
• Manage relationships with key vendor partners to develop and grow paid marketing strategies and plans.
• Coordinate and provide creative input with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print materials.
• Aid in the proofing of marketing materials for both paid and unpaid promotions.
• Coordinate and execute on current private label brand strategies and assist in ideation and creation of new non-durable private label brands.

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role with knowledge of key traditional and digital marketing activities.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Action-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent prioritization and planning skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to find outside-of-the-box solutions to problems.
• Flexible and willing to adjust to a changing workload to ensure the Marketing team's initiatives are completed in a timely manner.
