About the PositionWe are seeking a dedicated SLP to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, focusing on developing their communication skills and enhancing academic success.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs and goals, ensuring they receive targeted support to overcome challenges.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, concentrating on areas such as articulation, phonology, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive language.
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- A valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience working with children in a school or clinical setting is essential.
