Deliver holistic, evidence-based care that includes thorough assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health issues, health counseling, and planning for patient care.
Conduct phlebotomy and specimen collection services
Administer immunizations and injections (including but not limited to COVID-19, influenza, and TB) while providing evidence-based counseling and education regarding vaccines.
Monitor vital signs
Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG and Retinopathy screening
Conduct Point of Care testing (including COVID testing)
Facilitate patient registration and intake, assist with waiting room management, and engage in other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
Order necessary equipment and prepare the clinic to ensure an optimal patient experience
Contribute to our mission of helping individuals on their journey to better health by providing exceptional patient-focused connections and activities.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a healthcare environment
Experience with documentation in an Electronic Medical Record
Ability to monitor vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and conduct Point of Care Testing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and operation of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Ability to pass a FIT test and wear the required respirator mask when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Phlebotomy Certificate or experience in phlebotomy preferred.
If lacking experience, successful completion of internal phlebotomy training is required.
Prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings

Education:
