Morgan Auto Group is a leading automotive retail company seeking a highly skilled Automotive Billing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

As an Automotive Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and verifying all paperwork and deal jackets to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Processing paperwork in a timely manner to meet deadlines
  • Reconciling schedules to ensure financial accuracy
  • Posting journal entries to accounting books
  • Issuing checks for lien payoffs and submitting to financial institutions
  • Understanding deadlines and applying the appropriate sense of urgency to tasks
  • Working in a team-oriented environment and being comfortable in an open office setting
  • Having knowledge of Excel and general accounting principles
  • Having experience with automotive title and tag and accounting software (Ignite - Reynolds & Reynolds) a plus

Requirements

To be successful as an Automotive Billing Specialist, you must have:

  • At least one year of recent automotive office experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with integrity and strong work ethics
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including word and excel
