About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Residence Inn Phoenix Glendale Sports & Entertainment District. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in accordance with hotel procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
- Clean and restock guest rooms daily, adhering to company standards and safety/security procedures.
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
