Architectural Sheet Metal Roofing Foreman Job Description

Simon Roofing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Sheet Metal Roofing Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our team to deliver exceptional results on commercial roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of roofers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Perform work in accordance with safety guidelines and job specifications.
  • Restore, remove, repair, and replace various commercial roofing systems, including architectural sheet metal.
  • Maintain professional interaction with customers and crew members.
  • Organize, plan, and achieve all goals based on the scope of the work.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in architectural sheet metal roofing.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a commercial roofing crew.
  • Extensive knowledge of low-sloped roofing systems.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work at varying heights and in different weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel when necessary.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Ability to lift pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
