Senior Behavioral Health Nurse Specialist

The Registered Nurse - Senior Unit at Avera Behavioral Health Center plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in a multidisciplinary environment. This position involves managing the nursing care of older adults with behavioral health issues and medical comorbidities, while enhancing therapeutic and interpersonal skills.
As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to develop important therapeutic skills that can be applied across various settings. You will work closely with a comprehensive team, including physicians, social workers, case managers, patient care technicians, expressive therapy specialists, cognitive behavioral therapists, physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
A Competitive Salary Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $32.00 - $46.50 per hour, dependent on experience. In addition to a lucrative compensation package, we provide opportunities for career growth, student loan repayment programs, sign-on bonuses, various shifts, and a supportive work environment.
