We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineering Manager to join our Supply Chain Engineering team at Walmart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of automation standards, continuous improvement, and training & support of standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of automation standards and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide training and support to team members on automation standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 2 years' experience in engineering, supply chain, or related area
  • Or 4 years' experience in engineering, supply chain, or related area
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with automation technologies and data analytics
