Job Summary

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Operations Manager to oversee daily residential operations and lead a team of Behavioral Health Technicians. Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Manage all daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medication administration.
  • Team Leadership: Train and support the Behavioral Health Technician team in all operations and responsibilities, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel.
  • Crisis Management: Escalate any concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Client Engagement: Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Compliance: Ensure client and Behavioral Health Technician compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
  • Recovery Experience: If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set firm boundaries and model recovery principles.
