POSITION OVERVIEW

Insight Global is seeking a proficient Project Manager II to become a vital part of a prominent national general contracting firm. This role involves collaborating with a dynamic team to facilitate a significant industrial expansion project, focusing on warehouse facilities that encompass cold storage capabilities.

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess hands-on experience managing projects across at least two of the following sectors: healthcare, industrial, technical, or commercial. Experience in construction projects related to cold storage will be advantageous. The team is specifically looking for professionals whose expertise lies outside of residential or senior living developments.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • - Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
  • - Strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • - Willingness to travel as necessary
  • - Proven ability to lead and manage team members involved in construction projects
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Project
  • - Familiarity with Procore software
  • - Experience in at least two of the following industries: healthcare, industrial, technical, commercial
  • - Candidates with a focus on residential or senior living projects will not be considered
