Position Overview:

- Supervise and manage the activities of Delivery Drivers and Merchandisers.
- Oversee the training and development of new hires and existing staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards.
- Assist in planning and executing delivery routes during various shifts throughout the day.
- Conduct ongoing safety training sessions and orientation for new employees.
- Ensure the safe handling of products during delivery, check-in, and setup.
- A valid CDL is preferred but not mandatory.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
- Ability to secure a Class A CDL.
