- Model and coach effective coping techniques for parents and caregivers.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 3 years of experience as a parent or caregiver of a special needs child.
- Ability to articulate the experience and perspective of a parent/caregiver or relative of a child with complex needs.
- Some college education is preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, and/or write another language.
