Soccer Shots - Rochester is seeking a qualified Youth Soccer Coach to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to lead our children's soccer sessions. As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for children aged 2-7 years old.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-energy, creative, and fun 45-minute sessions using our provided curriculum.
  • Instruct sessions a week, with the opportunity to increase to more sessions as needed.
  • Submit availability three weeks prior to the start of a season.
  • Commit to a 10-week season, with set times and days for each session.
  • Travel to assigned locations weekly, maintaining a safe and caring environment for all children.
  • Maintain organized and clean provided soccer equipment.
  • Submit weekly attendance and invoices online.
  • Participate in coaches' training days and mid-season meetings.
  • Complete our comprehensive training program to receive certification.
Qualifications
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for working with young children.
  • Availability Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
  • Soccer experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Subject to a background check and other necessary clearances.
Compensation
  • $18-$22 per session, with opportunities for feedback bonuses.
