Position Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests. Your role will involve:
  • Warmly welcoming each member and visitor with a friendly demeanor while managing access to the club facilities.
  • Maintaining security and control at the entrance; facilitating elevator access as required.
  • Verifying active memberships and ensuring current member photos are on file.
  • Accurately registering all guests according to established procedures.
  • Addressing member inquiries and concerns, providing helpful information or directing them appropriately, whether in person, via email, or by phone.
  • Managing towel distribution and other materials as necessary, along with coordinating group exercise attendance records.
  • Adhering to proper opening and closing protocols.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Must possess a friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
  • Maintain a positive and optimistic outlook.
  • Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Demonstrated patience and courtesy, with a capacity for empathetic listening.
  • Ability to interact professionally with various levels of personnel within the organization.
  • Self-motivated and proactive work ethic.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk frequently throughout the day.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods, ranging from four to eight hours.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to twenty-five pounds may be required.
  • Visual acuity for reading fine print and adjusting focus as necessary.
  • Ability to hear normal conversational sounds.
