Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine system assessments, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure all AV equipment is functioning optimally.
- Develop and adhere to comprehensive documentation and checklists to maintain the availability and performance of the AV systems.
- Deliver Tier I and II support for operations and maintenance contracts, addressing customer inquiries, collaborating with senior engineers, providing user training, and participating in interagency meetings.
- Assist in system integration, including the installation, configuration, and upgrading of servers to support audio-visual frameworks, consulting with senior engineers as necessary.
- Identify and resolve complex system issues effectively.
- Manage and troubleshoot control system files for Creston, Extron, AMX, and Thinklogical.
- Upload, modify, and troubleshoot audio Digital Signal Processor files for Biamp, QSC, and others.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot extensive Audio Video and USB systems (Creston, Extron, Thinklogical).
All operations are conducted onsite to comply with security protocols.
Security Clearance: This role requires an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance, with U.S. Citizenship being mandatory.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting large-scale Audio/Visual systems.
- Experience in effectively communicating technical issues to customer representatives, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
- Possession of CTS or CTS-I certification.
Typical Education & Experience:
For Associate Level (2): Typically requires advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor) and 2 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
For Experienced Level (3): Typically requires advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor) and 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relocation: This position may offer relocation assistance based on candidate eligibility.
Workplace Policy: Boeing maintains a Drug-Free Workplace and conducts testing for substances when criteria are met.
Shift Requirements: This role involves 1st and 2nd shifts to support customer operations and may require occasional after-hours support during emergencies.
