Customer Service Liaison

At Associated Packaging Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. This individual will serve as a vital link between our sales partners and customers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through accurate and efficient communication.
- Process customer invoices, bills of lading, and purchase orders relative to material and machinery.
- Follow-up with customers and vendors regarding order confirmations, ship dates, and pricing.
- Research and resolve billing issues, confirming freight rates and invoicing with freight carriers.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, multi-tasking, high-paced team player.
With an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, this position offers a competitive compensation package, including a premium benefits package, such as PTO, Employee Assistance Programs, 401k matching, Health Insurance, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and more.
