Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist with over 3 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance sector for a custom metal fabrication organization.


This role involves working within a comprehensive 104,000 square foot facility, where you will be responsible for the upkeep and support of various machinery including Stamping Presses, Laser Cutters, EDMs, CNC Mills and Lathes, Welders, and Inspection apparatus.


Work Schedule:
1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Compensation:
$ / hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance installations.
  • Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
  • Complete daily tasks related to plant and equipment preventative maintenance.
  • Install and maintain overhead cranes, industrial machinery, forklifts, and facility systems.
  • Assist in intricate machine setups.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Prior experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing machinery and equipment.
  • Proficient understanding of industrial hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, and electrical/mechanical diagrams.
  • Experience in executing preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification from the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC).
  • Experience in maintenance activities within a job shop setting.
  • Familiarity with overhead DC crane operation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of working with 480-volt power systems.
