Key Responsibilities:
- Provide food and drink service to patrons in a vibrant nightclub atmosphere
- Proactively address and fulfill guests' requests
- Promote and sell beverages and menu selections, taking orders efficiently
- Respond to inquiries from guests, offering recommendations and upselling options
- Relay drink orders to the bar via the Point of Sale system
- Serve beverages while navigating through crowds with trays
- Maintain a pleasant atmosphere by moving throughout your designated area
- Clear tables and remove used glassware and dishes
- Address spills and keep the floor tidy
- Comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Follow cleaning protocols
- Verify guest identification for age compliance
- Ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Identify signs of intoxication and limit further service
- Process payments in accordance with company policy
- Support fellow staff members as necessary
- Occasionally assist with special events hosted at the venue
Mandatory:
- Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service
- Willingness to work during late hours
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Understanding of cocktail service, food presentation, drink recipes, and POS systems
- Experience in a collaborative environment with diverse individuals
- Appreciation for various cultures, music styles, and artistic expressions
- Background in cash handling
- Familiarity with valid identification verification
- Experience in a live music setting
- Fast-paced, energetic, and occasionally high-pressure setting
- Extended periods of standing and mobility
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs using appropriate techniques
